Your First Visit

Arrival & Paperwork

Your first visit at Chirosport Chiropractic will take about 45 minutes to an hour.
If you have not already filled out our paperwork online using this link, we will have you complete it in the office. *This paperwork can be filled out on any device that has access to internet* This process will take about 10-15 minutes. While you are completing the intake, our insurance coordinator will work on verifying any benefits you may have. As some insurances take more time to verify, it is not a guarantee that yours will be verified before your initial visit is completed, however, they WILL be done by your second visit so you are not surprised by any costs.

Consultation & Chiropractic Exam

Before any adjustments are made, you will sit down with our chiropractic assistant and discuss your current and past concerns as well as your health history so we can provide you with the best care that fits your needs.
After your consultation, Dr. Bos will begin his exam and determine if X-rays are necessary. During this time you will have the opportunity to address any questions and concerns that you may have.

Chiropractic X-Rays

While not always necessary, digital X-rays are the last part of the exam. X-Rays allow the doctor to accurately assess your spine and problem areas. We offer these in the office so Dr. Bos can review them before any adjustments.

Adjustment

Dr. Bos’ adjustments at Chirosport Chiropractic are accurate, gentle, and beneficial for newborns, seniors, and everyone in between! Not only does Dr. Bos manually manipulate the spine, but he also likes to work on the surrounding muscle groups to help perform a better adjustment and help the adjustment hold longer.
All treatments are interactive, so you may address any concerns or questions about different adjusting styles you may have had in the past at any time.

Please Note —

Everyone responds to their first adjustment a little differently. It is likely you will feel some relief following your first adjustment however, it is not uncommon to be a little tight and sore as well. Soreness is caused by making changes in the body much like beginning a new workout program. While some people see improvements right away, most take more time.

Your Second Visit-Report of Findings

Your second visit at Chirosport Chiropractic will take about 30 minutes.
During your report, Dr. Bos will review the findings from your x-rays and exams, and address the cause of your symptoms. You will then receive a course of treatment(s) specific to your condition, aimed at fixing the cause of your problem(s).  At our clinic, we like to offer different options that not only fit your needs but also your finances and time. We are not a “one size fits all” clinic and will work with you to provide the best treatment and program for your needs.
